The Brief

The landlord tasked JEM Property Services with carrying out a complete refurbishment to bring their four-bedroom property back to a lettable condition. The project required a full strip out of the interior, including the installation of a new kitchen, replacement of carpets, and other essential upgrades to make the property safe, comfortable, and appealing for future tenants.

The solution

Our team began by removing all existing fixtures and fittings before rebuilding one internal wall and replacing every internal door throughout the property. A brand-new kitchen was installed, and new carpets were fitted in all rooms to give the home a fresh, modern feel. We also carried out a full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) to ensure compliance with current regulations and replaced all radiators to improve energy efficiency. Despite the extensive scope of work, the entire project was completed within just four weeks, delivering a professional, high-quality result that exceeded expectations.
